Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vacier pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry or apparel in its original Vacier box and outer packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
